Returns & Exchanges

  • Every "Crystal Line" piece we make is made to order. Our beading artisans work on one garment at a time, with the utmost care and attention to detail as the finishing touch of every Liam & Jeila "Crystal Line" product, making sure every item is beautifully done. Because of this, Liam & Jeila "Crystal Line" items cannot be returned for any reason. 
  • Each Liam & Jeila "Crystal Line" piece can be lightly altered to fit the bust and/or waist on certain items prior to shipping. Please check the size chart for any alterations/adjustments needed at time of purchase.
      • For Customization (size alterations) please add "note" to your order at cart or email within 24 hours of purchase: info@liamandjeila.com, please know that we are happy to make these minor alterations as needed when your item is being created. 
    • If you would like to exchange your unaltered "Crystal Line" item for a different size, it must be returned in its unworn, original condition including its original packaging and tags attached. Please note that your return has to be postmarked no later than 5 days after the delivery date. Once we have received your original item and its condition has been verified, we will ship your new item in the specified size at no charge
    • All Liam & Jeila products that are not part of our "Crystal Line" are eligible for an exchange or store credit only. We do not offer refunds at this time due to each item being made to order.
    • Garments that are returned with any signs of being worn will not be accepted and will be immediately returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
    • To start a return, you can request a return by logging into your account and choosing the order that includes the item you would like to return or exchange. Please note that returns will need to be sent to our mailing address listed below. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and Issues

    • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
    • Garments that are returned with any signs of being worn will not be accepted and will be immediately returned to the customer at the customer's expense. 

     

    Refunds

    • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@liamandjeila.com.
